Arrest Made in Muzaffarnagar After Alleged Assault on Minor

Gajendra Pal Singh, the Circle Officer, informed reporters that a 35-year-old man named Raju lured the young girl away and committed the alleged crime.
The police have registered a case against him based on the complaint from the victim's family, invoking relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
The victim has been sent for a medical examination, and it was noted that Raju attempted to flee.

Raju was captured after a confrontation with law enforcement, during which he was shot and subsequently taken to the local community health center for treatment.
