Shooting Incident in Mangaluru

Authorities have apprehended a fugitive suspect involved in a shooting incident that took place in 2014 at the office of Bharti Builders in Bejai, Mangaluru. The police announced this development on Sunday.


According to police reports, the shooting was allegedly orchestrated by associates of underworld gangster Ravi Pujari. A statement from the police indicated that, acting on reliable intelligence and under the guidance of the city police commissioner, a team from the Urwa police station successfully captured the accused, Ganesh Saket, in Pandharpur, Maharashtra.


The statement further revealed that Saket has been presented before the court and subsequently remanded to judicial custody.
