Celebrating National Pride in Hamirpur

On Friday, Anurag Thakur, the former Union Minister and current MP for Hamirpur, took part in a lively Tiranga Yatra at Gandhi Chowk, drawing thousands of local residents and enthusiastic Gen-Z participants.

Thakur emphasized that the national flag is not just a representation of India's identity but also embodies the narrative of the nation's struggle for freedom, the sacrifices made, and its evolution as a country.

He referred to the Tricolour as a beacon of unity, pride, and national dignity, highlighting the sacrifices made by numerous brave soldiers from Himachal Pradesh to uphold its honor.

Thakur urged citizens to unite in safeguarding the dignity of the Tricolour, stressing that respecting the national flag is a collective duty of all.

A notable aspect of the Tiranga Yatra was the significant involvement of children and young adults. Thakur remarked that the vibrant participation of the youth showcased their deep connection to the national flag and their patriotic spirit.

The Yatra traversed the central areas of Hamirpur, with participants proudly carrying the Tricolour, creating a powerful display of national pride and enthusiasm.
