Unique Arrival for Pension Distribution
On Friday, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu made a distinctive entrance to a public gathering by arriving in an auto rickshaw. This event was held in the village of Gudem Cheruvu in Kadapa as part of the NTR Bharosa pension distribution initiative.
According to the official government website, this scheme is designed as a welfare measure aimed at alleviating the hardships faced by the underprivileged and vulnerable sections of society, particularly the elderly, disabled individuals, widows, and those with disabilities.
An official press release noted that Naidu traveled from the helipad to the event venue in an auto rickshaw, highlighting his unique approach to arriving at the program.
After completing his journey seated in the back of the three-wheeled vehicle, Naidu briefly sat next to the driver for photographs. He later paid the fare in cash, blessed the auto rickshaw driver, and proceeded to the public meeting.
