Amit Shah's Upcoming Three-Day Visit to West Bengal
Central Home Minister's Visit
Central Home Minister Amit Shah is expected to arrive in West Bengal on Monday for a three-day visit, as confirmed by a senior leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
The leader mentioned that Shah will land at Kolkata Airport in the evening and will head directly to the BJP office to assess the party's organizational preparations for the upcoming assembly elections scheduled for early next year in the state.
Press Conference and Meetings Planned
It is anticipated that the Home Minister will hold a press conference in the city on Tuesday and may also conduct meetings with party workers during his stay.
Meetings with Key Officials
According to the BJP leader, Shah will have a closed-door meeting with officials from the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). Additionally, he is expected to meet separately with BJP legislators, MPs, and councilors from the Kolkata Municipal Corporation.
Potential Visit to a Bengali Luminary
Before departing on Wednesday, Shah might visit the residence of a notable Bengali figure in the city or nearby areas. However, the details of this visit have yet to be finalized.
