Union Minister Amit Shah's Development Initiatives in Gujarat

New Delhi, June 28: Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah is currently in Gujarat, engaging in various programs aimed at promoting development, education, and cooperative growth. On the second day of his visit, he is set to participate in several events in Godhra and Ahmedabad, where he will launch significant development projects on Saturday.

During his visit, HM Shah will lay the foundation stone and inaugurate multiple projects at Shri Govind Guru University located in Vinzol, Godhra. This event, scheduled for 11:00 A.M. at the university campus, will highlight the government's commitment to enhancing higher education and academic facilities in the tribal areas of the state.

In the afternoon, he will inaugurate a newly-built cooperative complex established by Adroda Mandali Co-operative Limited as part of the Model Cooperative Village initiative. This event will take place in Adroda, Ahmedabad at 1:45 P.M., showcasing the importance of empowering rural communities through cooperative efforts.

Continuing his busy schedule, the Union Minister will open a newly constructed primary school in Juwal, Sanand at 2:30 P.M., followed by the inauguration of the Fangdi Panchayat Bhawan at 3:00 P.M. in Fangdi, Ahmedabad. These initiatives aim to enhance rural infrastructure and improve access to quality education and local governance.

Later, he will participate in a tree plantation drive at the newly established Oxygen Park in Sanand GIDC Colony at 3:30 P.M. Shortly after, he will meet with industrialists from the Sanand GIDC at 3:45 P.M. to discuss strategies for transforming the industrial area into a sustainable and smart colony.

On the previous day, HM Shah visited the Information and Library Network (INFLIBNET) Centre in Gandhinagar, where he assessed its operations and provided suggestions to improve its digital outreach and effectiveness.
