Amit Shah Praises Bihar's Leadership for Ending 'Jungle Raj'

Amit Shah's Remarks on Bihar's Political Landscape

On Monday, Union Home Minister Amit Shah commended the leadership of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, stating that their collaboration has liberated Bihar from the era of 'Jungle Raj' and has put an end to dynastic politics. Speaking at a public gathering in Sitamarhi, Shah accused RJD leader Lalu Prasad Yadav and his family, along with Congress leadership, of attempting to install their heirs in power. He remarked, "The partnership between Nitish Kumar and Narendra Modi has freed Bihar from 'Jungle Raj'. We have put an end to dynastic politics. Lalu and Rabri want their son to become the Chief Minister of Bihar, while Sonia Gandhi wishes for her son to be the Prime Minister of the country. But I am here to inform Lalu, Rabri, and Sonia that neither Lalu's son will become Chief Minister nor Sonia's son will become Prime Minister. Because the Chief Minister of Bihar is Nitish Ji, and Narendra Modi Ji is in power in Delhi."

Reiterating his previous statements, the Home Minister criticized Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's recent 'Voter Rights Journey', labeling it as a 'Save the Intruders Journey'. Shah stated, "Rahul Gandhi was here recently, launching his 'Save the Intruders Journey'. The area near the Rīga border is close to Nepal. Tell me, shouldn't Bangladeshi infiltrators be removed from Bihar's voter list? These infiltrators seize the food meant for the poor, take away jobs from the youth, and those who have come from Bangladesh have no right to vote or choose the Chief Minister of Bihar." He claimed for the first time that the entire state of Bihar would vote until 5 PM, as Bihar is now free from Naxalism.

Now, for the first time, the entire Bihar will vote until 5 PM because Bihar is now free from Naxalism." Voting for the 243-seat Bihar Assembly will take place in two phases on November 6 and November 11, with counting scheduled for November 14.
