Amit Shah Acknowledges Support for BJP in Maharashtra

On Sunday, Union Home Minister Amit Shah expressed his gratitude to the people of Maharashtra for their overwhelming support for the BJP-led Mahayuti alliance in the local body elections. He emphasized that the election results symbolize a triumph for governance and development-oriented politics.


According to a statement from the BJP, Shah remarked that the Mahayuti's victory reflects the public's endorsement of the welfare vision for all sections of society, as promoted by the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) governments at both the central and state levels.


The BJP quoted Shah as saying that he appreciates the tremendous backing received by the Mahayuti in the municipal council and municipal corporation elections from the people of Maharashtra.


Nitin Naveen, the national executive president of the BJP, also thanked the citizens of Maharashtra for their role in ensuring the Mahayuti's success in the local elections, stating that the results demonstrate the trust people have in the NDA government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
