Alleged Gang Rape Incident in Bihar: Two Arrested

A disturbing case of alleged gang rape has emerged from Rohtas district in Bihar, as reported by local authorities on Saturday. The incident reportedly took place on Friday night in the Shivosagar police station area.

According to police reports, the victim was outside for a bathroom break when she was allegedly seized by the suspects and assaulted. Ritesh Kumar, the station officer, stated that the girl did not return home, prompting her family to search for her. They eventually found her in a distressed state, crying in the dark.

Arrests Made

The police revealed that five harvester operators from Uttarakhand had come to the village for work. Based on the victim's account, her family managed to apprehend one of the suspects. Kumar mentioned that all five individuals were subsequently taken into custody.

The victim was able to identify two of the assailants, leading to their formal arrest.
