According to police reports, the victim was outside for a bathroom break when she was allegedly seized by the suspects and assaulted. Ritesh Kumar, the station officer, stated that the girl did not return home, prompting her family to search for her. They eventually found her in a distressed state, crying in the dark.


Arrests Made

The police revealed that five harvester operators from Uttarakhand had come to the village for work. Based on the victim's account, her family managed to apprehend one of the suspects. Kumar mentioned that all five individuals were subsequently taken into custody.
