Incident Reported Involving Young Girl

Authorities have reported that a three-year-old girl was allegedly sexually assaulted by an unidentified male staff member during school hours. This disturbing case came to light when the victim's mother filed a complaint at the Janakpuri police station on May 1, accusing the male employee of sexual misconduct against her daughter. The police have registered the case under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO).


Arrest and Legal Proceedings

Following the identification of the suspect by the child, he was apprehended and placed in judicial custody. Despite strong opposition from the prosecution, the Additional Sessions Judge (ASJ) in Dwarka granted bail to the accused yesterday. Further actions will be taken after receiving the court's order and conducting additional investigations, which are still ongoing.
