Akhilesh Yadav's Strong Critique of the Central Government
The leader of the Samajwadi Party and Lok Sabha MP, Akhilesh Yadav, expressed his discontent with the central government on Tuesday. He raised concerns regarding the alleged paper leak incident and questioned the police's actions during the protests by the CJP in the capital, emphasizing that it is the government's duty to maintain the integrity of examinations. Speaking to reporters in Parliament, Yadav criticized the government's failure to prevent paper leaks and challenged the functioning of the ruling administration. He also condemned the police's response during the protests on Monday, claiming excessive force was used against students.

Yadav stated that it is the government's responsibility to ensure that paper leaks do not occur. He expressed his dismay over the uproar in the House following such a significant blunder, questioning what could be more embarrassing. He criticized the government's use of force against youth and students, mentioning the deployment of tear gas and electric shocks. He questioned whether this aligns with the government's slogan of 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas' and the concept of 'Amrit Kaal.' Targeting the central government for accountability, Yadav alleged that the Union Education Minister has not resigned due to political reasons, suggesting that resignation could unveil hidden truths.
Yadav further remarked, "No one would have imagined that any government would behave this way post-independence."
Earlier in the day, Union Health Minister JP Nadda visited the Ram Manohar Lohia (RML) Hospital in the national capital. He went to meet those injured during the police action following the CJP protest march on Monday.

Nadda arrived at the hospital and spoke with individuals who were admitted for treatment after being injured during the protests. During his visit, the central minister also held discussions with doctors to review the condition of the injured and the medical facilities provided. After assessing the treatment arrangements and meeting with the injured, Nadda departed from the hospital. In addition to Nadda, opposition leader Rahul Gandhi and Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra also visited the injured protesters at RML Hospital. The CJP protest march towards Parliament turned violent on Monday, with the Delhi police reporting that over 118 officers were injured, along with approximately 60 protesters.
