An Air India flight traveling from New Delhi to Washington made a scheduled stop for refueling in Vienna, Austria, but did not continue its journey. According to Flightradar24 data, Flight AI103 departed from Delhi on July 2 and landed in Vienna. Although it was supposed to head to Washington on the same day, the flight was ultimately canceled.

As reported by a spokesperson from Air India, the flight had a planned stop in Vienna for refueling. During routine checks, it was discovered that an extended maintenance task was necessary, which required additional time before the aircraft could take off again. Consequently, the flight from Vienna to Washington, DC was canceled, and passengers were disembarked.

This disruption also affected the return service from Washington to Delhi via Vienna, which was subsequently canceled. Air India confirmed that affected passengers have been rebooked on alternative flights or offered full refunds.
