Agra HR Manager Murder Case: Police Files Chargesheet Based on Unrequited Love

In Agra, the police have submitted a chargesheet in the murder case of HR manager Minki Sharma, attributing the motive to unrequited love. A robust case has been built against the accused based on digital and scientific evidence, although the victim's head has yet to be recovered.

The chargesheet names Vinay Rajput, a former computer operator, as the prime suspect, who allegedly committed the murder due to his infatuation. Following the crime, he reportedly transported the body in a sack. The police are determined to secure a conviction with the help of evidence and witnesses.

DCP Syed Ali Abbas confirmed that Vinay Rajput was arrested in connection with the murder. Despite extensive searches in the Jharnanala area, the victim's head remains missing. However, authorities assert that they possess substantial evidence against the accused. Minki's last known location was her office in Sanjay Place, where her mobile phone was turned off at 3:30 PM. Concerned family members reported her missing after she failed to return home that night. Vinay's location also traced back to the office, which was closed on the day of the incident.

On the night of January 23, a decapitated body was discovered in a sack near Jawahar Bridge on the highway. The victim was later identified as 25-year-old Minki Sharma, an HR manager at Divisha Technolabs in Sanjay Place. She had left home on her scooter to shop for her brother's wedding but never returned.

Details of the Incident and Evidence
Vinay allegedly transported Minki's body in her scooter to Jawahar Bridge, where he abandoned the sack and fled. It is believed he disposed of her head in Jharnanala. The scooter was found abandoned in Shahdara, and police have tracked Vinay's mobile location.

The police conducted a forensic examination at the office, where blood was found on the floor. Samples were taken, and they matched Minki's DNA. CCTV footage shows Vinay heading towards Jharnanala, and call records for both individuals have been obtained.

The chargesheet includes scientific and digital evidence, including a knife that was recovered with the victim's blood on it. The forensic lab report has been received, and witnesses have come forward.

While Minki's torso was found, her head remains missing. Family members identified her through clothing and nail polish. The police have collected blood samples from her parents for DNA testing, but the results are still pending.
