AGP's Strategic Meeting in Guwahati

Guwahati, July 4: The Asom Gana Parishad (AGP) convened a crucial meeting at its central office in Ambari, led by party president Atul Bora, to outline strategies for the upcoming elections on Wednesday.


In a notable initiative, the party's leadership has decided to host a convention for regional political parties from the Northeast, with the goal of enhancing collaboration and forming alliances among similar-minded groups in the area.


Key figures at the meeting included AGP working president Keshab Mahanta and other prominent members of the central committee.


The party also concentrated on its organizational readiness for the upcoming elections in the Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR) and other autonomous councils. The discussions emphasized the importance of strengthening the grassroots network and mobilizing party members for the electoral challenges ahead.


Furthermore, plans were discussed for AGP's foundation day celebration, scheduled for October 14. The event will be marked at both district and mandal levels, aiming to actively involve party workers and the general public.
