Introducing Raah Records: A New Era for Independent Music

For more than fifty years, Yash Raj Films has been a cornerstone of Indian cinema's musical landscape. Now, the studio is expanding its influence with the introduction of Raah Records, a fresh music label and artist incubator aimed at discovering and fostering original independent talent.

Unlike traditional record labels that prioritize single releases, Raah Records is envisioned as a creative sanctuary where artists receive ongoing support in areas such as songwriting, production, creative direction, audience engagement, marketing, and strategic collaborations.

Nakul Sharma, Senior General Manager of Music Management at Yash Raj Films, is at the helm of this initiative, having significantly contributed to the development of Raah Records' artist-centric philosophy and its long-term incubator approach.

The label's inaugural release will feature singer-songwriter Aman, whose debut single, Jaadugari, is set to drop on August 5 across all major audio streaming platforms.

This release comes after nearly a year of collaborative creativity between Aman and the Raah Records team, showcasing the label's dedication to artist development prior to commercial launches.
