Salman Khan Celebrates Milestone Birthday with New Film Release

Salman Khan, who is celebrating his 60th birthday this year, expresses that his enthusiasm combined with experience creates the perfect balance in his life. He notes that both his fitness routine and professional endeavors are progressing smoothly. His latest film, Sikandar, premieres today.

“Reaching sixty doesn’t change anything for me. The way I train and engage in activities now surpasses what I achieved in my 20s, 30s, and 40s. I genuinely don’t feel the age. In fact, it’s become much easier and more enjoyable,” Salman remarked.

“Experience accumulates over time, shaped by the people you encounter and the lessons life teaches. My enthusiasm remains intact, and with my growing experience, it has only intensified. This combination of passion and experience is truly the best in the world,” he added, emphasizing his desire to leverage this blend in future projects.

While initial fan turnout is crucial, Salman emphasizes that a film's true success hinges on audience retention. “A film can only thrive if it resonates with viewers. Some may watch it once, but if they enjoy it, they will return. The box office results reflect this. The real star of the film isn’t the actors like Shah Rukh Khan or Aamir Khan; it’s the film itself. Its fate depends on its quality and how it connects with the audience who invest their hard-earned money,” he explained.

Sikandar, which launches just before Eid, features Salman in the classic role of a Hindi film hero battling villains. He stars alongside the younger Rashmika Mandanna, portraying Sanjay Rajkot, also known as Sikandar, who stands up against corruption and advocates for the rights of everyday citizens. Directed by AR Murugadoss, the film also includes performances by Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj, Sharman Joshi, and Prateik Babbar.
