When combined with the delightful taste of mango, often referred to as the 'King of Fruits,' this dessert becomes truly exceptional! Ingredients Needed for Mango Falooda Ice Cream: 4 tablespoons of basil seeds (Sabja), 4 cups of water, 1 cup of cooked falooda noodles, 3 cups of chilled full-cream milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 8 tablespoons of diced mango, 4 tablespoons of mango jelly, 1 cup of mango pulp, 4 scoops of mango ice cream, 4 tablespoons of chopped nuts (cashews, almonds, pistachios), 6 tablespoons of tutti-frutti, and half a liter of milk boiled until thickened.


Preparation Steps:


Step 1: Begin by boiling a cup of water and adding the falooda noodles. Once done, turn off the heat.


Step 2: In a small cup, combine the basil seeds with a bit of water and allow them to soak for 30 minutes.


Step 3: In a tall glass, layer 2 tablespoons of the soaked basil seeds, followed by the cooked falooda noodles, and top with the diced mango.



Step 4: Drizzle some rose syrup (Rooh Afza) over the layers, then add the mango jelly and mango pulp. Pour in the chilled milk and gently place a scoop of mango ice cream on top. Finish with a sprinkle of chopped nuts and tutti-frutti, and serve it chilled!
