Ingredients
500g Jamun
1 handful of mint leaves
1/2 cup sugar or 2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1/4 cup lemon juice
Salt to taste
Black salt to taste
2 liters of water
Ice cubes as needed
Preparation Steps
1. Begin by washing the Jamun thoroughly.
2. Add water to the Jamun and bring it to a boil.
3. Incorporate salt, black salt, sugar, and black pepper powder into the boiling water.
4. Continue boiling until the pulp separates from the seeds.
5. Once done, remove from heat and allow it to cool.
6. Mash the Jamun in the water using a masher.
7. Strain the mixture to extract the juice and discard the seeds.
8. Mix in the lemon juice with the extracted juice.
