Ingredients:
200 grams of spaghetti
200 grams of mushrooms
250 grams of spinach
1 clove of garlic
50 grams of fresh cream
Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder
Instructions:
Begin by boiling the spaghetti in a large pot, following the package instructions.
Chop the mushrooms into small pieces.
Wash and chop the spinach leaves.
In a frying pan, heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil or cooking oil. Add the chopped mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Then, add the spinach and continue to sauté for a few more minutes.
Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes. Next, incorporate the cream and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain it, reserving some of the cooking water. Add this reserved water to the mushroom and spinach mixture to help thicken the sauce, and stir well.
