Actor Prateik Chaudhary has fulfilled a long-held aspiration by acquiring his first SUV, a stunning white Mahindra Thar. He took his time to ensure the moment felt right. “I’ve always had a fondness for SUVs, and the Thar was at the top of my list. I chose white because it’s bold, elegant, and distinct from the typical black or red options. Just seeing it brings me a sense of tranquility,” he explains. While he doesn't consider himself overly materialistic, Prateik acknowledges his affection for SUVs. “I’ve always favored them over sedans. They exude a certain stature – it feels regal to be behind the wheel,” he adds. Interestingly, this purchase followed a more practical achievement. “In Mumbai, owning a home is significant. That was my main focus. I’ve always valued independence and wanted that sense of security first. Once that was settled, I felt prepared to invest in a car that I genuinely adore.” Despite his new acquisition, Prateik maintains a grounded perspective. “I try not to become too attached to material possessions. I tend to be emotional, so I strive for balance – avoiding extremes and opting for a calm, sensible approach.”
