Today, we will share a completely natural remedy to darken white hair using just three key ingredients: mustard oil, henna, and amla. This remedy not only helps in darkening your hair but also addresses other hair-related issues.

Preparation of the Darkening Oil

Begin by taking an iron pan, which is more effective than other types. Pour approximately 200 ml of cold-pressed mustard oil into the pan. You can choose any brand of oil.

Place the pan on medium heat and add two to three tablespoons of herbal dry henna powder. Mix well and let it cook, ensuring the heat remains low to prevent clumping. Stir occasionally for about two to three minutes.

Next, incorporate one tablespoon of amla powder, which helps maintain shine, resolve hair issues, and eliminate white hair. Then, add one and a half to two tablespoons of fenugreek powder to strengthen hair roots and darken the hair.

Cook the mixture until it turns brown, which takes about 7 to 8 minutes. Keep stirring to prevent the oil from burning. Once it reaches the desired color, turn off the heat and let it cool.

Storing the Mixture

After cooling, cover the mixture and let it sit for 12 to 24 hours to thicken. The fenugreek, amla, and henna will release their color. Strain the oil and store it in an airtight container, preferably made of plastic or glass. This mixture can be stored for several months.

Application Method

You can apply this oil once or twice a week, always three hours before shampooing. Use a cotton ball to apply it directly to the roots of your hair. You will start noticing results within a few days, eliminating the hassle of using hair dye. The best part is that this oil has no side effects.
