Consequently, individuals may experience symptoms like dizziness, weakness, temporary vision loss, or even fainting. The risk of low blood pressure is heightened during the summer due to dehydration and loss of electrolytes.

Medical professionals emphasize that dehydration is a common issue in summer, and neglecting it can have serious consequences. Continuous sweating leads to the loss of essential minerals such as sodium and potassium, which are crucial for maintaining blood pressure.
