Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence Join Forces in Scorsese's New Film

The film is characterized as a haunting tale of a troubled marriage, and the first-look image has been unveiled, showcasing the duo strolling hand-in-hand through a desolate winter setting, which sets the stage for the film's chilling narrative.

This initial image was shared on social media by both DiCaprio and Scorsese, offering a sneak peek into the unsettling ambiance and visual aesthetics that audiences can expect from the filmmaker, known for his previous works that delve into psychological themes, such as Shutter Island and The Aviator.

Filming is currently in progress, featuring a talented supporting cast that includes Mads Mikkelsen, Patricia Clarkson, and Jared Harris.

Based on Peter Cameron's novel of the same name, the story follows an American couple who journey to a European town with the intention of adopting a child.

While DiCaprio has collaborated with Scorsese on numerous acclaimed films like Gangs of New York, The Wolf of Wall Street, and Shutter Island, this will be Lawrence's first experience working under Scorsese's direction.
