He first gained fame by clinching victory on *Roadies XX: Double Cross*, followed by a win in ‘Splitsvilla X6’ alongside his partner Kaira Anu. His latest triumph comes from Zee5's family-oriented cooking show ‘Maa Hai Na’, where he was joined by his mother, Munesh Tanwar.

The grand finale, hosted by Shilpa Shetty, showcased Gullu and his mother defeating the runners-up, Urvashi Dholakia and her son, Kshitij Dholakia. This season featured a unique format that paired celebrities with their parents or children in various cooking challenges. In the final showdown, the duo prepared a delectable three-course meal that included paneer tikka, paratha, and jalebi.
