Kriti Sanon's Major Real Estate Acquisition

Bollywood star Kriti Sanon has made headlines with her recent purchase of a stunning sea-facing duplex penthouse located in the prestigious Supreme Prana residential tower in Bandra West, Mumbai. The acquisition, valued at ₹80 crore, has reportedly exceeded ₹84.16 crore when including stamp duty and additional fees, marking it as one of the most significant celebrity property deals of the year.

A Spacious Duplex with Breathtaking Views

The penthouse, which occupies the 14th and 15th floors, boasts expansive views of the sea and is considered one of the most exquisite properties in the building. With a carpet area of 6,636 square feet and a terrace measuring 1,209 square feet, it offers ample space for luxurious living.

Additionally, the property includes six dedicated parking spaces, a rare feature in Mumbai's luxury real estate market. Notably, the penthouse has been registered in both Kriti's and her mother's names, indicating a strategic approach to their expanding real estate investments.

While specific interior details remain unverified, experts suggest that such high-end penthouses in Bandra typically feature spacious living areas, modern designs, private terraces with views of the Arabian Sea, and luxurious amenities like swimming pools, gyms, and advanced home automation systems, all designed to ensure privacy for celebrities.

This latest acquisition is not Kriti's first foray into real estate. Over the past few years, she has been actively building her property portfolio, having previously acquired a 2,000-square-foot plot in Alibaug in 2024 and a 4BHK apartment in Bandra West valued at approximately ₹35 crore. In contrast, the family has also been selling off older properties; recently, Kriti, along with her mother Geeta Sanon and sister Nupur Sanon, sold four apartments in Andheri West to filmmaker Mukesh Chhabra for ₹8.9 crore, effectively doubling their initial investment.

Reports indicate that her total assets surpass ₹100 crore, with income streams not only from her film career but also from brand endorsements and her ventures in production. She is said to earn up to ₹1 crore per brand endorsement and generates an estimated ₹12 to ₹16 crore annually from various commercial agreements. Beyond acting, Kriti co-owns the beauty brand Hyphen with PEP Technologies, the parent company of mCaffeine, and launched her fitness brand, The Tribe, in 2022, diversifying her income sources beyond the film industry.
