What does your daily fitness routine entail?

I kick off my mornings with weight training, which sets a positive tone for the day and boosts my productivity. Depending on my schedule, I often incorporate cardio in the evenings, which may include treadmill workouts, spinning, or boxing sessions. This isn’t just about physical fitness for me; it also provides a sense of calm and helps manage my tendency to overthink.

Do you adhere to a specific nutrition plan?

I focus on including protein in every meal and snack. While I’m not particularly fond of sweets, I usually satisfy any cravings with fruit. My diet mainly consists of wholesome, nutritious foods that I enjoy, making healthy eating feel effortless.

How do you sustain your energy during long work hours?

Staying hydrated is crucial! Whenever I feel fatigued, drinking water does wonders. Additionally, I always carry healthy snacks like fruits, protein bars, or nuts in my bag to keep my energy levels up.

What advice would you give to someone starting their fitness journey?

It's important not to compare your progress with others. Focus on making daily improvements, and as long as you're striving to be better than you were yesterday, you're on the right track.
