Singer Katy Perry appears to have confirmed her relationship with former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau by sharing sweet moments on Instagram.

In a touching post, the pop sensation uploaded several photos from her trip to Japan, featuring a cozy snapshot with Trudeau.

One of the images captures the couple snuggling closely for an adorable selfie, while another video showcases them enjoying a meal together, highlighting their time spent in each other's company.

Perry captioned her post, "Tokyo times on tour and more."

This revelation follows her attendance with Trudeau during his meeting with former Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and his spouse. Kishida notably referred to Perry as Trudeau's "partner" in a post sharing their meeting.

He wrote, "Former Canadian Prime Minister @JustinTrudeau visited Japan with his partner and joined my wife and me for lunch. Throughout his tenure, we met several times as leaders, and during my visit to Canada, we collaborated to enhance bilateral relations, including the creation of the 'Japan-Canada Action Plan.' I am thrilled that we continue to nurture this friendship in this manner."

In reply, Trudeau expressed, "Katy and I were delighted to have the opportunity to meet with you and Yuko."

The couple made their first public appearance together on October 25 in Paris, celebrating Perry's birthday. They were initially seen together in July while walking their dogs in Canada.

A source revealed that Trudeau has been interested in Perry since their Montreal dates, even traveling to California to visit her during a break in her tour. "They share a natural connection. She finds him appealing, and he has been very respectful," the source noted.

In addition to their outings, Trudeau was also present at Perry's concert during her Lifetimes Tour at the Bell Centre in Montreal.
