Marriage Speculations Arise from Social Media Activity

A recent Instagram post by actress Isha Rikhi has ignited rumors regarding her four-month marriage to rapper Badshah, who is currently a judge on Indian Idol 16. The reel featured a montage of wedding moments, heartfelt family snapshots, and some emotional clips, accompanied by the caption, "Every storm is a lesson, every prayer is hope," along with a broken-heart emoji.

In response, actress Jasmine Bhasin commented, "Stay strong," while Shruti Sodhi remarked, "Lessons indeed," which only fueled the speculation among fans. Many followers sought clarification, with one user directly asking, "What happened?" Additionally, it was noted that the couple has unfollowed each other on social media.

Neither Badshah nor Rikhi has publicly addressed these rumors. Rikhi had confirmed their marriage during an Instagram Q&A session in June, and the news of their wedding surfaced earlier this year when her mother, Poonam Rikhi, shared photos from the ceremony online.

This marks Badshah's second marriage; his first union with Jasmine Masih lasted from 2012 until 2020, and they share a daughter, Jessemy Grace Masih Singh, born in 2017, who currently resides in London. Reflecting on his previous marriage during a podcast with Prakhar Gupta in 2024, Badshah stated, "We separated because it was not healthy for our child. I get to meet my child, but not that often."

Hailing from Chandigarh, Rikhi has made a name for herself in Punjabi cinema with films such as Jatt Boys Putt Jattan De and Happy Go Lucky, and she made her Bollywood debut in 2018 with Nawabzaade.
