What does your daily workout routine entail?
My fitness approach is comprehensive. I incorporate a mix of weight training, cardio, martial arts, yoga, and pilates into my routine. This variety keeps my workouts enjoyable and prevents monotony, ensuring I stay energized and refreshed.
Do you adhere to a particular diet or nutrition strategy?
Indeed, I am mindful of my eating habits and prefer to be aware of what I consume. I steer clear of refined carbohydrates like white bread and biscuits, opting instead for millets, bajra, multigrain foods, fruits, vegetables, curd, buttermilk, fish, and egg whites. Additionally, I make it a point to drink a raw vegetable juice every day.
How do you keep your energy up during long work hours?
I start my day by drinking over a liter of water to boost my metabolism and eliminate toxins. On long shooting days that last 10-12 hours, I take power naps between shots, stay hydrated, and eat light, frequent meals to maintain my energy levels.
What is your favorite healthy meal?
I find that a balanced plate works best for me. My breakfast usually consists of egg whites and multigrain toast. For lunch, I often have jowar roti with sabzi, and dinner typically features fish and salad.
Do you believe in having cheat days?
Definitely! I think maintaining balance is essential. During festive occasions, I ensure to walk over 10,000 steps daily to counteract indulgences like sweets, but I never completely deprive myself.
