Effective Ways to Prevent Heart Blockage and Maintain Heart Health
Understanding Heart Health
In our busy lives, we often neglect our health. It's often said that we spend most of our time earning money, only to later spend it on treating health issues that arise from neglect. Therefore, it’s crucial to prioritize our well-being. Today, we will discuss heart diseases. Regular health check-ups help individuals stay informed about their health issues, while those who skip these check-ups may remain unaware of potential problems. If someone has heart blockage or related issues, it can lead to serious complications.
Causes of Heart Blockage
Experiencing heart blockage indicates an increase in acidity levels in your blood. There are two types of acidity: gastric acidity and blood acidity. Gastric acidity can cause discomfort such as heartburn and sour belching, while blood acidity can escalate to hyper-acidity. When gastric acidity enters the bloodstream, it can lead to blockages in the heart's arteries, resulting in heart attacks due to impaired blood flow.
Natural Remedies for Heart Blockage
To combat heart blockage, it's advisable to consume alkaline foods that can neutralize blood acidity. One of the most effective remedies is bottle gourd (lauki). If you have heart blockage, drink a glass of bottle gourd juice every morning on an empty stomach. You can enhance the juice by adding seven to ten leaves of basil and mint. Ensure that the bottle gourd is not bitter before juicing. Additionally, include black or rock salt in the juice, avoiding white salt as it can increase acidity. You should start noticing improvements by the 21st day, and within two to three months, your blood blockages may resolve.
Maintaining Heart Health
Even if you are currently healthy, consider incorporating this remedy into your routine once a year. During the season when bottle gourd is available, follow this regimen for a month to ensure your heart remains in optimal condition.
