Effective Home Remedy for Piles: A Simple Recipe
Understanding Piles and Its Types
Piles, also known as hemorrhoids, is a serious health condition that can cause significant discomfort. There are two main types of piles: external and internal, commonly referred to as bleeding and non-bleeding piles. In some regions, it is also called 'Maheshi'. Many individuals resort to medications to alleviate this condition, but often these treatments do not yield the desired results. However, we are here to share a natural remedy that may help you find relief from piles.
Ingredients Needed for the Remedy
To prepare this remedy, you will need three ingredients: jaggery, ghee, and sesame seeds. Ghee and jaggery are likely already available in your kitchen, while you can easily purchase sesame seeds for just a couple of rupees. Let’s explore how to make this remedy.
Preparation Method
Start by heating a frying pan and adding one tablespoon of ghee. Once the ghee begins to melt, add about 20 grams of jaggery pieces to the pan. Allow the jaggery to melt thoroughly and combine well with the ghee. Once both ingredients are well mixed, transfer the mixture to a bowl to create a paste. Next, incorporate 35 grams of sesame seeds into the paste and mix them well until they are evenly distributed.
How to Use the Remedy
Once the sesame seeds are well combined with the paste, your remedy is ready. Consume one teaspoon of this paste daily and drink cold water. Following this routine consistently for 20 days may help you overcome the issues associated with piles.
