The actor has transitioned from pursuing muscle gain to enhancing functional endurance. His fitness regimen consists of weight training five to six times a week, complemented by enjoyable activities like swimming with his son or playing badminton, making cardio engaging rather than a tedious treadmill session.
His guiding principle is straightforward: "Fitness should not feel restrictive. It serves as the energy that allows you to savor life’s pleasures. Traveling, spending time with family, and consuming nutritious food are key to recharging. If you ignore your body’s signals, it will eventually stop responding to you."
