Required Ingredients:

  • Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin (jeera) - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander - 1 tbsp
  • Red Chillies – 8 to 10
  • Gram dal - 1 tbsp
  • Urad dal - 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
  • curry leaves
  • 1 grated raw mango
  • Boiled rice
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander

Preparation Method:

  • Take a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, coriander seeds and 8-10 red chillies.
  • Dry roast and crush it into a fine powder in a blender.
  • Pour pure ghee or pure oil in a pan, and add 1 tsp gram dal, 1 tsp urad dal, mustard seeds and curry leaves (kadi leaves).
  • Mix the ingredients well before adding the powder.
  • Now add grated raw mango and boiled rice.
  • Fry until all the ingredients are well mixed.
  • Add desi ghee and salt to taste.
  • Garnish the dish with mango slices and stir well to taste.
