Significant progress is underway for the enhancement and beautification of Sukha Talab Park located in Ward No. 2, Nurpur. Councillor Rajni Mahajan has put forth a proposal to MLA Ranbir Singh Nikka, seeking financial support from the MLA’s local area development fund to improve the park and add an open gym.

In a swift response, MLA Ranbir Singh Nikka allocated ₹3 lakh from his budget and instructed officials to expedite the release of these funds. He highlighted that enhancing public facilities and providing better amenities for the community is his foremost concern.

Councillor Rajni Mahajan expressed her appreciation, noting that Sukha Talab Park is set to become a clean and appealing recreational area. In addition to the open gym, she committed to personally installing 10 new streetlights and poles to enhance safety and visual appeal.

She further stated that true public service is evaluated not only during election periods but through ongoing efforts to meet the community's needs. Mahajan assured that development projects for Ward No. 2 will proceed with unwavering dedication.
