Emraan Hashmi's 'GunmaasterG9' Set for November 27 Release

Emraan Hashmi has revealed that his much-anticipated action-romantic comedy, 'GunmaasterG9', will be released in theaters on November 27.

The actor took to social media to share a teaser showcasing a revolver barrel, providing a sneak peek into the thrilling universe of 'GunmaasterG9', also known as 'G9'. He hinted that the film will blend elements of action, romance, and music.

The film features a talented cast including Emraan, Genelia Deshmukh, Aparshakti Khurana, and Abhishek Kumar. Directed by Aditya Datt, recognized for his work on 'Aashiq Banaya Aapne' and 'Table No 21', the project is produced by Deepak Mukut, Hunar Mukut, and Sangeeta Ahir, with Soham Rockstar Entertainment Pvt Ltd presenting it. The music is composed by Himesh Reshammiya under Himesh Reshammiya Melodies. An initial teaser was released in July of the previous year.

In the teaser, a hand is seen retrieving a gun from a bucket of milk, while Hashmi's voice narrates, "Mujhe mach mach kiya, chalega. Galti se family ko touch kiya toh yaad rakhna, dhandhe se doodh waala hun, banda baroodwala hun." Another segment introduces a woman’s hand pulling out a knife, with Genelia stating, "I’m the daughter-in-law of the house. But it doesn’t mean I’m only gentle and soft. If there are vegetables at home, I’ll chop them. However, if goons and thugs show up, I won’t just be chopping vegetables." Aparshakti's character is introduced with the line, "Lohe Ki Kathi, Desu Rathi. Haath mein hain bomb. Gurgaon main log humse 70 kilometre door rehte hain kyunki bomb aur hum kabhi bhi fatt sakte hain." This film also marks the reunion of Hashmi and Reshammiya for a musical-action collaboration.

'GunmaasterG9' is set to hit theaters on November 27.
