Ingredients


1/4 cup ragi flour


1 onion


1 tsp garlic paste


1 tsp coriander powder


Salt to taste


4 tbsp breadcrumbs


2 boiled potatoes


1 carrot


1 tsp red chili powder


1/2 tsp garam masala powder


2 tbsp vegetable oil


Preparation Method


- Begin by finely chopping the onion and carrot, placing them in a bowl. Next, peel and mash the boiled potatoes.


- Combine the mashed potatoes with the chopped vegetables. Then, add ragi flour, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and garlic paste.


- Mix everything thoroughly to create a uniform mixture. If needed, add three to four tablespoons of water and mix again.


- Place breadcrumbs on a plate. Shape the mixture into small cutlets and coat them well with breadcrumbs.


- Heat oil in a pan and carefully add the cutlets.
