Ingredients Needed:
2 Boiled potatoes
1 cup Paneer (cottage cheese)
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
1-2 Green chilies
2 tablespoons Capsicum (bell pepper)
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
1 teaspoon Oregano and chili flakes
Salt to taste
3 tablespoons Cornflour
2 tablespoons All-purpose flour (Maida)
1 cup Breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves
Oil for frying

Instructions to Prepare Paneer Cheese Balls:
1. Begin by mixing the mashed potatoes, grated paneer, finely chopped capsicum, and fresh coriander leaves in a bowl.

2. Add black pepper powder, oregano, chili flakes, and salt to taste. Incorporate one tablespoon of cornflour to assist with binding.

3. Combine all ingredients until they form a dough-like mixture.

4. Lightly oil your hands and shape the mixture into small balls. Create a small indentation in each ball, insert some cheese, seal it, and reshape it into a ball.

5. In another bowl, mix all-purpose flour, two tablespoons of cornflour, and a little water to create a thin batter. Dip each paneer-cheese ball into the batter, then roll it in breadcrumbs until fully coated.

6. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and carefully add the cheese balls one at a time. Fry them, turning occasionally, until they achieve a golden brown color.

7. Once cooked, transfer them to a tissue paper to absorb any excess oil.

8. Serve the hot paneer-cheese balls with tomato ketchup for dipping.
