Delicious Paneer Bread Rolls Recipe for a Perfect Snack

Irresistible Paneer Bread Rolls

These rolls are crispy on the outside and filled with a delightful, tangy paneer stuffing that will leave anyone who tries them wanting more. The best part? They are simple to prepare and can be made quickly with ingredients you likely already have at home.

**Ingredients Needed for Paneer Bread Rolls**
**Bread Slices:** 6 to 8 (Choose either brown or white)
**Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese):** 1 cup (Grated)
**Boiled Potatoes:** 2 (Mashed)
**Onion:** 1 (Finely chopped)
**Green Chilies:** 2 (Finely chopped)
**Fresh Coriander:** 2 tablespoons (Finely chopped)
**Ginger Paste:** ½ teaspoon
**Red Chili Powder:** ½ teaspoon (Adjust to taste)
**Garam Masala:** ½ teaspoon
**Chaat Masala:** 1 teaspoon (For added tanginess)
**Salt:** To taste
**Oil:** For deep frying

**Steps to Prepare Paneer Bread Rolls**
Begin by taking a large bowl and mixing the grated paneer with the mashed potatoes. Add the chopped onion, green chilies, coriander, and ginger paste to this mixture.

Next, incorporate the red chili powder, garam masala, chaat masala, and salt to taste. Mix everything well with your hands until fully combined. Your flavorful stuffing is now ready. Shape this mixture into small oval or round balls and set them aside on a plate.

Trim the crusts off the bread slices using a knife. Fill a wide bowl or plate with a little water. Quickly dip a bread slice into the water and remove it immediately.

Place the damp bread slice between your palms and gently press to remove excess water, being careful not to tear it. Take a portion of the paneer stuffing and place it in the center of the bread slice. Fold the edges over the stuffing to completely encase it. Press gently to seal the edges securely, ensuring it won’t open during frying.

Heat oil in a deep pan or kadhai. Once the oil is at a medium temperature, carefully add the prepared rolls. Fry them over medium heat, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy.

To minimize oil absorption, make sure to squeeze out as much water from the bread as possible. For an extra crunchy texture, consider coating the rolls in breadcrumbs before frying.

Your hot and crispy Paneer Bread Rolls are now ready! Serve them alongside your favorite spicy green chutney or sweet tomato ketchup for an enhanced snacking experience during tea time.
