Kadai Masala – 2 teaspoons
Red Chili Powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – ½ teaspoon
Coriander Powder – 1 teaspoon

**Preparation Method:**
Begin by heating oil in a *kadai* (wok) and sauté the onions until they are golden brown. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant. Then, incorporate the tomato puree along with turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Once the spices are well-cooked, add the capsicum and stir for 2–3 minutes. Next, mix in the paneer cubes and sprinkle Kadai Masala over them. Cover and let it simmer on low heat for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Kadai Paneer with a Creamy Twist
**Ingredients:**
Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese) – 250g
Tomatoes – 3 (pureed)
Onions – 2 (made into a paste)
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Fresh Cream – 3 tbsp
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
Cashew Paste – 2 tbsp (soak 10 cashews and grind into a paste)
Butter – 2 tbsp

Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves) – 1 tsp
