**Eggless Brownies Recipe Without Oven**
For those who prefer vegetarian options and want to bake brownies without an oven, here’s a simple guide:
**Ingredients Needed**
3-4 cups all-purpose flour (maida)
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup yogurt (curd)
1 cup dark chocolate chunks
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 cup chopped walnuts and almonds
8 × 8-inch baking tray
**Preparation Method**
Begin by adding a spoonful of salt to a large pan (kadhai) and place a stand or a small bowl inside to hold the baking tray.
Allow the salt to heat for about 10 minutes.
While the salt is heating, prepare the batter by mixing melted chocolate and butter in a large bowl.
Next, incorporate the powdered sugar, yogurt, and vanilla essence into the mixture.
Then, add the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, stirring until you achieve a thick, smooth batter.
Grease the baking tray with butter and place it on the stand inside the pan.
Pour the prepared batter into the tray.
Cook the batter in the pan for approximately 40–45 minutes, checking periodically with a toothpick to ensure it’s fully cooked.
When you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean, your brownies are ready. The cooking time may vary based on the pan size; sometimes, they can be done in under 30 minutes.
Once the brownies start to pull away from the edges and feel soft, they are finished. Remove them from the heat and let them cool.
After cooling, cut them into small squares.
Your delicious eggless brownies, made without an oven, are now ready to enjoy.
