Step 1- Begin by heating a small amount of *desi* ghee in a pan.
Step 2- Add the *makhana* and roast until they become slightly crisp.
Step 3- Remove the *makhana* from the pan and set aside.

Step 5- In the same pan, add the remaining ghee and roast the coriander powder over low heat.
Step 6- Stir continuously to prevent the coriander powder from burning.


Step 7- Turn off the heat when a pleasant aroma emerges and the color changes slightly.
Step 8- Allow the coriander mixture to cool slightly, then add the *boora* or powdered sugar, roasted *makhana*, cashews, almonds, raisins, and cardamom powder, mixing everything thoroughly.
