**Ingredients for Coconut Laddus:**
Grated coconut: 2 cups
Condensed milk: 1 cup
Milk: 1.5 cups
Sugar: 3/4 cup
Desi ghee: 1 tablespoon
Green cardamom powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Dry fruits: 2 tablespoons
Desiccated coconut (for coating): 1/2 cup

**Instructions for Making Coconut Laddus:**

Begin by heating one tablespoon of *desi ghee* in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat.

Add two cups of grated coconut to the pan and roast it on low heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring continuously.

Once the coconut begins to change color and releases a pleasant aroma, incorporate one cup of condensed milk.

Continue stirring the mixture on low heat. Gradually, the coconut will absorb the condensed milk and start pulling away from the sides of the pan.

When the mixture forms a cohesive mass, add the cardamom powder and finely chopped dry fruits; mix thoroughly and turn off the heat.

Transfer the mixture to a plate. After it cools, grease your palms with a bit of *ghee* and shape the mixture into round *laddus*. Coat the prepared *laddus* in desiccated coconut, garnish with chopped almonds, and arrange them on a plate for the offering.
