350 grams of pitted dates
75 grams of almond flour
75 grams of coconut oil
50 grams of cocoa powder
4 eggs
1 teaspoon of baking powder
½ teaspoon of baking soda

Instructions
Begin by preheating your oven to 175°C and prepare a square baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
In a blender, combine the dates, coconut oil, and cocoa powder, blending until you achieve a thick, smooth paste.
While blending, add the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully mixed in before adding the next. This will result in a slightly thinner batter.
In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Then, transfer the wet mixture of dates and eggs into a larger mixing bowl.
Gradually incorporate the dry mixture into the wet ingredients using a spatula, mixing gently to combine without overworking the batter.
