Worship Ritual:
On Hariyali Teej, women should dress in traditional attire (*Solah Shringar*) and ensure their homes are clean before starting the worship. Begin by laying a clean cloth on a raised platform (*chowki*) and place an image or idol of the Shiva family. Offer garments to Lord Shiva, Goddess Parvati, and Lord Ganesha. If a *Shivling* is present at home, perform *Abhishek* (ritual bathing) with water, milk, or *Panchamrit*. Alternatively, visiting a temple for the *Abhishek* of Lord Shiva is also an option. After the *Abhishek*, offer *Panchamrit* as *Bhog* (sacred offering) along with *Belpatra* (wood apple leaves).

Next, present a green saree and a complete set of *Shringar* (traditional adornments) to Goddess Parvati. Include seasonal fruits, sweets, and items for charity in the worship. After this, read or listen to the *Hariyali Teej Vrat Katha* (ritual narrative) with devotion and apply a sandalwood *tilak* to the deities of the Shiva family. Conclude the worship by lighting a *ghee* lamp and performing the *Aarti* for Lord Shiva, Goddess Parvati, and the entire Shiva family. Finally, pray for the fulfillment of your wishes and for the happiness and prosperity of your family.
