During the launch event of Lock Upp Season 2 on Netflix, Akanksha Chamola stunned attendees by disclosing her impending divorce from Gaurav Khanna.

As a contestant on the reality series, Akanksha made this unexpected announcement in front of the audience and hosts Farah Khan and Riteish Deshmukh, leaving many in disbelief.

She stated, “Gaurav and I are parting ways. We have been living apart for the past year, although this hasn’t been made public.”

Describing their relationship as “not bad,” Akanksha added, “Things are amicable between Gaurav and me. We still communicate. However, we realize that we are not compatible as partners since we envision very different futures, which unfortunately do not include each other.”

Akanksha is recognized for her roles in various television series, including Santoshi Maa, Yeh Hai Aashiqui, and Crime Patrol. She tied the knot with fellow actor Gaurav Khanna in 2016 after they reportedly fell in love during an audition.
