Yoga Camp Launches at Indrunag Temple

Kangra – An 8-day yoga camp has begun at Indrunag Temple in Khaniyara, organized by Santosh Kumari Thakur Purav, the District In-Charge of Kangra North, under the Women’s Patanjali Yoga Committee of Himachal Pradesh. The sessions are scheduled daily from June 15 to June 22, running from 5:30 AM to 6:30 AM, and are led by Swami Sankalp Dev Ji from Haridwar Patanjali Yogpeeth.



During the camp, participants are educated on the importance of integrating yoga into their everyday lives, enhancing their dietary habits, and recognizing the comprehensive benefits that yoga offers. The teachings focus on how yoga contributes to knowledge, strength, capability, and overall mental, intellectual, and physical health.


The inaugural day saw a vibrant turnout from local villagers, many of whom arrived ahead of time, eager to participate in the yoga session. Notable attendees included young state employee Ravinder Ji, Indrunag Temple priest Bipin Ji, along with Narinder Ji, Praveen Ji, Rama Ji, and Lata Ji, among others from the community.
