What Do the Newly Released Epstein Files Reveal About Ayurveda and Massage Techniques?
New Insights from the Epstein Files
The recent release of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein has sparked interest, particularly due to references to “massage techniques” and Ayurveda, an ancient Indian healing practice.
On Friday, the US Justice Department made public thousands of documents concerning the convicted sex offender, following a bill signed by former President Donald Trump last month that required their release within a month.
This matter is politically charged, with Democrats leading a significant push for the disclosure of files linked to Epstein, a financier known for his ties to many prominent figures.
Trump had a long-standing friendship with Epstein before their relationship soured, a connection that has fueled political debates.
Among the documents released, one highlights the use of massages and Ayurveda for detoxification purposes.
The document states, “Many practitioners in the West are now offering massage and other treatments based upon this 5,000-year-old system of natural healing from India.”
Additionally, there are articles titled ‘The Art of Giving Massage’, which discusses the benefits of sesame oil for detoxification.
The released files contained a limited number of photographs of Trump, with the Justice Department admitting that the disclosure was not exhaustive.
It also included several images of former President Bill Clinton and a notable picture of Epstein alongside the late pop icon Michael Jackson.
Importantly, neither Trump nor Clinton has faced allegations of misconduct related to Epstein.
Epstein died by suicide in a Manhattan jail in 2019 while awaiting trial on charges of sexually abusing and trafficking numerous underage girls.
