During a Medal of Honor ceremony at the White House on Monday, President Donald Trump was seen with a prominent red mark on the right side of his neck, which has led to renewed discussions about his health. Images captured at the event reveal a rash-like area on Trump's neck, including what seemed to be a small scab. The president was present in the East Room to honor retired Army Command Sgt. Major Terry P. Richardson for his contributions during the Vietnam War, as well as posthumously recognizing Army Master Sgt. Roderick W. Edmonds, a World War II veteran, and Staff Sgt.
