The storm is projected to pass through areas such as Fresno and Bonadelle Ranchos-Madera Ranchos, with further impacts likely in Friant. Residents are strongly advised to seek immediate shelter in a basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy structure, away from windows.
