Tensions Rise: Pakistan Responds to India's Criticism Over Military Actions in Afghanistan

Pakistan's Strong Rebuttal to India's Accusations

Islamabad: On Wednesday, Pakistan expressed its discontent with India, labeling its comments regarding Pakistan's military operations against alleged terrorist networks in Afghanistan as unjustified.

India had previously condemned Pakistan's recent airstrike on a drug rehabilitation facility in Kabul, calling it a severe violation of Afghanistan's sovereignty and a significant threat to regional stability.

Following the devastating attack on Monday that resulted in over 400 fatalities in Kabul, the Ministry of External Affairs of India accused Pakistan of attempting to disguise a massacre as a legitimate military action.

In response, Pakistan's Foreign Office Spokesperson, Tahir Andrabi, dismissed India's claims as unfounded and misleading, asserting that they misrepresent Pakistan's ongoing efforts against terrorism in Afghanistan.

Andrabi further criticized India for its hypocrisy, urging it to cease its support for terrorist factions operating from Afghan territory.
